The School of Health Sciences is a well-established centre of learning for potential healthcare professionals. It was the first to offer a diploma course in Nursing in 1992, and today it is also recognised for quality courses in dental hygiene and therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, diagnostic radiography and radiation therapy.
The School offers excellent facilities that allow students to learn in a hospital setting and healthcare environment. This includes fully-equipped nursing labs, an operation theatre and an anatomy centre. Throughout their three years of study, students will receive firm academic grounding as well as extensive clinical training through attachments with hospitals. |
