Chinese Orchestra
The CCA to join if you're a great lover of Chinese music and musical instruments. The Chinese Orchestra offers students a traditional and ethnic approach to music-making with expert coaching by experienced instructors to play various instruments.
 
Dance Company
Jazz, ballet, modern dance... the Dance Company does them and more! A highly qualified instructor gives precious expertise on making all the right moves. Members will also get to attend workshops conducted by experienced choreographers.
Dragon & Lion Dance Troupe
The Dragon & Lion Dance Troupe welcomes all students interested and game enough to learn the steps and rhythm involved in dragon and lion dancing. Dare to take up the challenge?
 
Floorball Club
If you like fast-paced sports, then Floorball may be just what you're looking for! This game is played indoors, where players hit a ball into the goal with a stick, much like in hockey. Some of our Floorball members are in the National team as well!
Foreign Bodies Dance Group

Voice Ensemble
Pick up music skills by learning to play the guitar with the Guitar Club or the harmonica with the Harmonica Ensemble. The Piano Ensemble aims to encourage the enjoyment of piano music and to bring students who have a common interest and talent to practise and perform together. Together with the Voice Ensemble, the guitar, harmonica and piano groups perform regularly at lunch-time concerts and at festive and major NYP events such as Open House, Graduation and Orientation.
International Student Club
Are you an international student? Do you want to meet fellow NYP international students? Or are you a local student keen to learn about the cultures, people and festivals of other countries that international students come from? The International Student Club is the ideal CCA for you!
 
Internet Club (I.Net Club)
This club aims to empower members with a fundamental understanding of IT. Members attend computer courses on web design, graphics and programming taught by dedicated personals. Other fun-filled activities include BBQs and Coding Competitions.
 
Leo Club
Members take part in activities like visiting childrens' or old folks' home and social work. Through these activities, they can pick up skills like leadership, communication and organisational skills, and working in teams. They get to network with staff from various organisations and gain confidence through the experience.
 
Make-Up Artiste Team
Besides learning about make-up, nail art, henna and hairstyling, you will also pick up tips on how to project the right image for the right occasion. You will get to put these skills to good use when you make-up other CCA members for performances. Workshops and weekly practices will further hone your skills!
 
Mind Sports Club
Embrace a whole new world of thinking in Mind Sports Club! Develop your potential in mind skills to the fullest with International Chess, Chinese Chess or Weiqi! Compete with national-level players and participate in our competitive matches and challenges. With our professional coaches and training, you can hone your skills to perfection.
 
NYAA (National Youth Achievement Award) Student's Club
Do you want to challenge yourself? Then NYAA is for you! It is a programme that offers equal opportunity to all and allows you to choose activities that you are interested in and which you can complete in your own time. The programme is completely voluntary and non-competitive. Activities encourage personal discovery and growth, self-reliance, perseverance, responsibility and service to the community and nation. The NYAA programme is made up of several levels. To achieve the NYAA Gold Award, you would need to complete the following:
 
Service Give regular practical service for at least 60 hours over one year.
Venture & Discovery Go for a journey that includes four days and three nights in an unfamiliar environment. Alternatively, explore a topic of your interest.
Sports Select a sport and follow it regularly for 40 hours over three months.
Residential Project Carry out a project that will benefit others.
Skills Choose a skill and follow it regularly for 18 months.

NYP-BP Mentoring
Have a desire to help those younger than you? Be a mentor to Secondary School students and help them maximise their potential! Meet your mentees weekly for two hours each - interact with them, play games and guide them in their school work. Be a role model who can inspire and change their lives!
 
NYP PAL
If you've visited NYP for a tour or talk, chances are you've met them. They are your friendly guides who bring you around the NYP campus, share with you their NYP Experience, and put in their best efforts to make your visit to NYP memorable. They are the NYP PALs ('Promoter And Link'). So if you're looking for a CCA that allows you to gain new experiences, links you to your secondary school, and at the same time, teaches you many valuable life skills, join NYP PAL - the CCA to be in!
Pari Rovers' Scout Unit
Want to have fun and thrills? The Pari Rovers' Scout Unit will provide you with opportunities in leadership, community services, comradeship and self-development. Activities include camping, hiking, canoeing trips, rock climbing, swimming and survival training. Join the Club and expect the unexpected!
 
Photography Club
Do you have a passion for photography? Do you have a keen eye to see the extraordinary out of the ordinary? Then join the Photography Club! Learn about the techniques of photography, lighting and the different types of camera equipment. Hone your skills through outdoor or studio photoshoots, and covering of NYP functions like Dinner & Dance and student performances. Both film and digital cameras are used.
Rotaract Club
If you want to lend a helping hand to those in need, and develop yourself to become a better person, then join the Rotaract Club. Rotaractors are greatly involved in community service. They also take time to develop themselves professionally in skills like leadership skills and public speaking. Have fun with other members too through excursions and gathering!
StageArts Drama Club
The NYP StageArts has been actively staging performances. Take part in musical skits, plays and other forms of stage performances. Seize the chance to participate in the events of other clubs by providing theatre management. Be a sound coordinator, light designer, or handle stage management. Learn the art of theatre make-up. From special effects to funky hair-dos, we have professional trained make-up artistes to guide you
Symphony Orchestra
The NYP Symphony Orchestra boasts a strength of over 100 members and active alumni. Its performances include charity concerts, Christmas concerts, NYP functions and its annual NYP concert 'Sinfonia'. Members can look forward to possible overseas music exchange programmes and participation in international music festivals and competitions.

The Wind Orchestra achieved a milestone in July 2005 when it won the prestigious GOLD award at the World Music Contest held in Kerkrade, The Netherlands. Be a part of this award-winning Orchestra!
The Boy's Brigade Primers
The NYP Primers aims to nurture youths in areas of leadership and service to the community through a series of activities. If you enjoy adventure, fun and laughter, then join this big family! Girls are welcome!!
